WHEN THE BITE GETS TOUGH—GET SMALL.
Compact, subtle and made for pressured bass. Baxter's Ned Baits are built to crawl rock, work through grass and sit right in the strike zone when bigger presentations aren't getting it done.

💣 NED BAITS
WHEN
Whenever fishing gets difficult. Particularly effective in cold water, post-front conditions, high fishing pressure and clear water. Excellent from early spring through late fall.
WHERE
Rock piles, gravel, points, riprap, grass edges, flats, bluff transitions and hard-bottom areas. Especially effective around smallmouth.
HOW
Use a mushroom/Ned head generally from 1/16–1/4 oz.
Drag it • Hop it • Shake it • Swim it just above bottom • Dead-stick it.
Often, doing less catches more fish.
WHY
A Ned bait presents bass with a compact, non-threatening meal. The small profile can generate bites when conventional worms, jigs and moving baits are being ignored.
WATER CLARITY
🟢 Gin Clear: Motor Oil, GP Purple
🟢 Clear: GP Magic, GP Purple, Motor Oil
🟡 Stained: GP Red, Morning Dawn
🟤 Dirty: Not its strongest situation—use GP Red or Morning Dawn for additional visibility.
Baxter's Tip: Don't automatically shake it. Drag it into the strike zone and stop it. That dead-stick can be the trigger.
